Creamy sardines spaghetti

So after i finished a couple month to focusing on my school project, i decided to make some new recipe that i would to share with you guys. After a couple weeks searching about the idea, i found that pasta is the easiest food that i can make (for beginners). I buy the ingredients with my mom and we make the spaghetti together :3. Actually when we made this recipe, there is 1 or 2 ingredients that we forgot to buy, but its not really important. OK then here is the recipe! :3

CREAMY SARDINES SPAGHETTI

INGREDIENTS:
1 can of sardines
2 meat sausage
minced onion
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 pinched of salt
1 black/white pepper
1 box of spaghetti (you can use fettucini and another type of pasta)
250ml water
small carton of heavy milk
butter(optional)
parmesan cheese
2 tbsp of tomato paste/ketchup
2 tbsp of chili paste/ketchup
chopped parsley

LETS GET STARTED!

1.boil the water at 100c or until boiled then add the butter and salt. Wait for 1 minute then add the pasta into the boiling water.

2.while we wait until the spaghetti set. minced the garlic and chopped the sausage into fine pieces.prepare the frying pan at 100 degree and add 2 tablespoon of olive oil. Pour the sardines, garlic, and the chopped sausage into the pan and sautee it.

3.at this time, the pasta should be done. take out the pasta and rinse it into a small bowl with cold water. After that put the pasta into the sauce pan

4.add the tomato and chili paste into the pan. add just a little bit of the heavy milk into the pan and keep stirring until it begins to "bubbling".when it begins to bubble turn of the stove and add the salt and black pepper. transfer it into the plate and serve it with chopped parsley.

sorry if the picture is blurred :3 So thats it! hope you like my first own recipe! thank you for visiting my blog! see ya!

Liburan ku
Karya:Andi Ainul Yaqin
Kelas:8a

“hoaaaaaam” bangun dari tidurku, aku mengusap wajah dan bingung ingin melakukan apa lagi.”Mmmmm mah?....mamah?.....” panggilku.Memang setiap aku baru bangun dari tidur, hal yang selalu aku lakukan adalah memberi kode agar mamaku atau seseorang agar bisa menemuiku, entah apa yang harus dia lakukan aku pun tidak tahu, yang pasti harus ada yang menemuiku saat aku bangun.
Akhirnya mamakupun menemuiku.”Apa nul? Pagi pagi kok teriak2” kata mamaku.”Aku capek mah..” .
Singkat cerita akhirnya aku bangun jam 5 sore.
Waktu adzan pun tiba!

TUNGGU PART BERIKUTNYA….

Rainbow Cake Recipe!

INGREDIENTS

Waw :3
  • Vegetable shortening
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 1/3 cups sugar
  • 5 large egg whites, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, room temperature
  • Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple gel food coloring
  • Lemony Swiss Meringue Buttercream

DIRECTIONS

  1. STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush six 9-inch-round cake pans (or as many 9-inch cake pans as you have, reusing them as necessary) with shortening. Line bottom of each cake pan with parchment paper; brush again and set aside.

  2. STEP 2

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together butter and sugar. Slowly add egg whites and mix until well combined. Add vanilla and mix until fully incorporated. Add flour mixture and milk in two alternating additions, beginning with the flour and ending with the milk. Mix until well combined.

  3. STEP 3

Divide batter evenly between six medium bowls. Add enough of each color of food coloring to each bowl, whisking, until desired shade is reached. Transfer each color to an individual cake pan. Transfer to oven and bake until a cake tester inserted into the center of each cake comes out clean, about 15 minutes (working in batches if necessary).
  4. STEP 4

Remove cakes from oven and transfer to a wire rack; let cool for 10 minutes. Invert cakes onto a wire rack; re-invert and let cool completely.
  5. STEP 5

Using a serrated knife, trim tops of cakes to make level. Place four strips of parchment paper around perimeter of a serving plate or lazy Susan. Place the purple layer on the cake plate. Spread a scant 1 cup buttercream filling over the first layer with a small offset spatula so it extends just beyond edges. Repeat process with blue, green, yellow, and orange layers.

  6. STEP 6

Place the remaining red layer on top, bottom-side up. Gently sweep away any loose crumbs with a pastry brush. Using an offset spatula, cover the top and sides with a thin layer of frosting (also use any of the excess frosting visible between the layers). Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.

  7. STEP 7

Using an offset spatula, cover cake again with remaining frosting.

Cinnamon rolls recipe! :3

Easy Cinnamon Rolls
Easy Cinnamon Rolls
Makes 11 cinnamon rolls. Rolls are best enjoyed the same day, but stay fresh and soft in a covered container for 5 days. Glaze the rolls immediately before serving. The recipe may be made the night before through step 4. Allow the rolls to stay at room temperature before baking.
Ingredients
    Rolls
  • 2 and 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package Red Star Platinum Yeast (1 packet = 2 and 1/4 teaspoons)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup milk (cow's milk - I used skim)
  • 2 and 1/2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • Filling
  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 and 1/2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Coffee Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered (confectioners') sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons strong coffee (or use milk/cream instead)
Instructions
  1. Make the dough: Set aside 1/2 cup of flour. In a large bowl, toss the remaining flour, sugar, salt, and yeast together until evenly dispersed. Set aside.
  2. Heat the water, milk, and butter together in the microwave until the butter is melted and the mixture is hot to touch. About 125F-130F degrees. Stir the butter mixture into the flour mixture. Add the egg and only enough of the reserved flour to make a soft dough. I only needed 1/3 cup, but you may need the full 1/2 cup. Dough will be ready when it gently pulls away from the side of the bowl and has an elastic consistency.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for about 5-6 minutes. Place in a lightly greased bowl (I used non-stick spray) and let rest for about 10 minutes.
  4. Make the filling: After 10 minutes, roll the dough out in a 14x8 inch rectangle. Spread the softened butter on top. Mix together the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle it all over the dough. Add more cinnamon/sugar if desired. Roll up the dough tightly. Cut into 11 even pieces and place in a lightly greased 9-inch round pan. I used a pie dish, lightly sprayed with nonstick spray. Loosely cover the rolls with aluminum foil and allow to rise in a warm, draft-free place for 60-90 minutes. Here is what I do: heat the oven to 200F degrees. Turn oven off. Place rolls inside oven and allow to rise.
  5. After the rolls have doubled in size, preheat the oven to 375F. Bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned. I covered the rolls with aluminum foil after 15 minutes to avoid heavy browning.
  6. Make the glaze: Right before serving, top your cinnamon rolls with glaze. Mix the powdered sugar and coffee together until smooth and drizzle over rolls. You may replace the coffee with milk or cream instead. If you prefer a thicker glaze, add more powdered sugar and then add salt to cut the sweetness, if desired.
